Sauvignon Blanc can sometimes get a bad rap, like it’s perceived as basic, but I honestly love a good Sauvy B. That’s what I like to call her. It’s crisp but has plush fruit notes, there is acid but it’s not cloying. All of the farming is organic and the winemaking is done with the best intentions.
