The Ada Nada Langhe Nebbiolo is always a cut above other Langhe Nebbiolo’s out there. Made from younger vine Nebbiolo on south facing limestone vineyards, this wine is always marked by having an orange edged light reddish hue when it's poured into the glass. Classic Nebbiolo Vibez!! Ada Nada is a domaine that has been passed down through several generations of winemakers, so rich with history and devoted to organic and biodynamic farming. Don’t let the soft reddish/orange hue fool you, the wine has lots of strength through its tannic backbone on the palate. Nebbiolo is such a fabulous wine that typically is translucent but then has deep red fruits, cherry bushel energy and an elegant dryness that also has minerality. The elegance of the La Serena is met by the complexity that inherently exists in most Nebbiolo that is grown in Piedmont. Something about that soil really synergizes!!! All the grapes are hand harvested and treated with the utmost care.
Serving temp: Cellar temp, around 65 degrees, store in a dry and cool spot.
Pairing: Eggplant parmesan; Cacio e Pepe would slay!!
