Making wine in one of the most perfect places to grow Sauvignon Blanc, Vincent Roussely is the fourth generation in his family to grow grapes and make wine on their idyllic slice of 8 hectares in the Loire Valley. Almost twenty years ago he converted the entire estate to organic and removed any kind of machinery from working the land. Today they only use horse drawn equipment and do everything by hand.
Crisp and dry with notes of stone fruit and citrus!
