Named after Eloisa de Fermo's great-uncle, "Don Carlino" is an immensely fresh 100% Pecorino white wine harvested from certified-biodynamic vines planted in very sandy, calcareous clay soil. Don Carlino's intense aromas of sea spray and lime zest compliment it's palate of brilliant minerality, with hints of stone fruit and honey.
